Cancellation policy

Annual verification subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the current year.

Premium account and specialization slot subscriptions have a minimum requirement of 3 months.  After the initial 3 month period they can be cancelled at any time. 

Featured Agent 1 week time slots can not be refunded or changed at any time.
